Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking a service.

Booking Information

A valid address, phone number, and vehicle information must be provided at the time of booking.

Service Requirements

Customers must provide access to electricity and enough space for the service to be completed safely and efficiently.

Personal Belongings

Please remove personal belongings from the vehicle before your appointment. Flow Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges

Excessive pet hair, sand, biohazards, mold, heavy stains, or excessive trash may result in additional charges depending on vehicle condition.

Third-row vehicles, oversized vehicles, and heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time and pricing adjustments.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or canceled upon arrival may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time without notice, a $25 no-show fee may apply.

Arrival Times

Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or previous appointments. Customers will be notified of significant delays.

Service Limitations

Some stains, odors, scratches, paint defects, and interior damage may be permanent and cannot always be fully removed.

Satisfaction Concerns

Any concerns regarding the service must be reported within 24 hours of appointment completion.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Right to Refuse Service

Flow Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time.
